The room was reasonably sized, bed soft. Plus the bathroom was clean. The location in a beautiful area was marvellous and excellent and there were a market and a convenience store nearby.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful river walk, subway station, bus station, and restaurants. the room I booked had a comfortable double bed. - the food selection at the hotel was excellent.

The property was perfectly clean with very friendly and flexible staff. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Brand-new rooms, comfortable bed. the ideal and comfortable location for the price, not far from the breathtaking waterfalls and cascades and the multiple scenic views and bus and MRT station. The hotel is just across the street from the Xindian MRT station, making it incredibly easy to travel around the city. We loved being able to explore Taipei without the hassle of changing MRT lines. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for our family. The hotel also offers great amenities, such as toy boxes for the kids and a 24-hour cafe. The staff at New California were friendly and spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable. we would definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenience, and friendly staff.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location directly opposite the Xindian MRT station. It's also conveniently situated in the Bitan Scenic Area, making it an ideal choice for exploring the nearby attractions. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms, particularly those with a great view of Bitan on either level 6 or 7, are comfortable and well-maintained. The included breakfast with a good view of Bitan is an added bonus, giving you a delightful start to the day.

Just stayed at a weekend at a lovely hotel near the MRT. The staff was accommodating and considerate, allowing us a late check out. The location was perfect, just across from the MRT station for easy travel. The room may not have been big, but it was clean and had a nice view of the river. a great experience!

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Xindian area for a few days with my family. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the metro station, bus interchange, and a mall with a supermarket and plenty of food options. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a nice selection of local TV programs and movies. The breakfast provided was simple but delicious, offering both local and Western options. I also appreciated the amenities, particularly the washer and dryer.

This hotel has an ideal location, being very close to the MRT station and situated in the beautiful Bitan Scenic Area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great amenities such as complimentary water, coffee, and tea. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a mix of Western and Chinese food, which is tasty. The hotel also has a nice view over the river, especially from the rooftop restaurant.

There were some difficulties finding the hotel entrance and the lack of a driveway caused inconveniences when being dropped off or picked up.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, even upgrading us to a bigger room. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed. Another great feature was the availability of laundry and dryer machines for our clothes. Moreover, the breakfast provided was above average, giving us a great start to our day.
